USB Dongle (WiFi)
In order to have a more flexible UPS management through the network, Powertronix developed a Wi-Fi module for the network agent NetAgent BY506 and DY806: data transmission and remote supervision are completely managed via radio waves, thus avoiding Ethernet cables costs and installation.
Modem GPRS (SMS)
If the UPS is set up in a remote location which is difficult to get to, the ideal solution is to equip the UPS with a GSM module that is able to send the maintenance workers an SMS.
