Especially in the world of energy, where real data matters—not assumptions.
At Powertronix, we know that the true reliability of a UPS begins only when we put it to the test.
That’s why, after the design phase, there is a step we consider crucial: technical, objective, documented verification. This is where our engineering choices face reality.
Testing: Not an Obligation, but a Cultural Approach
Every Powertronix UPS undergoes in-depth, customized testing that goes far beyond simple functional checks.
We simulate extreme conditions, anticipate anomalies, and observe system behavior in every critical phase.
Among the main tests:
✅ Unbalanced and variable loads
✅ Voltage fluctuations and simulated blackouts
✅ Efficiency measurements under stress
✅ Extended thermal analysis
✅ Harmonic distortion and real THD verification
To do this, we use advanced instruments: digital oscilloscopes, dynamic electronic loads, grid simulators, and multi-channel analyzers.
From Curves to Understanding
During each test cycle, we collect electrical signals at multiple levels: voltages, currents, frequencies, transfer times.
Every curve we observe is far more than a digital trace.
It is a technical signature that tells us:
- How stable the system is
- How reactive it is under disturbance
- How much it actually consumes
- How reliable it will remain, even after years of operation
For us, a curve outside standard parameters is not a problem—it is an opportunity to correct, improve, and raise the bar.
A Continuous Cycle of Verification and Improvement
Every UPS we test contributes to improving the next one.
If we detect an anomaly, we intervene at the design level.
If a response is flawless, it becomes a new internal benchmark.
